I'm Faith, (but my online alias has been TANZYNIGHT!)

I'm a visual storyteller and background designer currently working in indie animation and gaming. I specialize in building worlds through visual development, comics, and illustration, aiming to make abstract ideas feel within reach! When I'm not building worlds and narratives, I'm making anime-inspired knick-knacks, spending time with family, and petting your dog.

I’ve enjoyed connecting with others via common interest since the beginning of my craft. Many of my inspirations have stemmed from animation, gaming, books, and manga, but I find that the core of what I do more often than not comes from eavesdropping on conversations, people-watching, and working in teams.

Today, my art is an expression of the life I was given, in all of the good and bad. I truly believe that a plethora of gems and lessons can be gathered from small moments in our day-to-day life. While escapism can be fun, and even healthy, in moderation, I hope that my work is able to help somebody else feel seen and begin to discover the value of their own lives as well, as many characters and narratives have done for me.​​​​​​​
